Tools for Assessing Environmental Performance Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM)

BREEAM
is both a tool for measuring the environmental impact of various types
of non-domestic buildings and an accreditation scheme. The building is
certificated by BRE appointed independent assessors with all ratings
(from pass to excellent) being above statutory requirements. It is a
fee-based service.
