A partnership between the local community, local authorities, government agencies, the voluntary sector and Severn Trent Water secured £4 million to restore and convert this Grade II listed building which was previously derelict. This Grade II* listed building by Thomas Hine is one of the most impressive examples of Victorian industrial architecture in the city and has been fully restored for educational use. An early privately funded initiative in the Further Education sector which has involved several partners and assistance from Nottingham City Council.
