A major community initiative to transform the 91 acre former colliery site at Ollerton. The master plan for the scheme locates industrial, commerical, residential and leisure uses around a central park. There will be an emphasis on connecting pedestrian / cycle pathways, structual planting and a layout / orientation of development to assist in meeting the highest energy-efficiency and environmental standards. Jubilee Campus, Radford, Nottingham A 30 acre industrial site has been transformed into a university campus for 3 faculty and 3 amenity buildings plus halls of residence. The landscaped setting is enhanced by a linear take as an amenity and wildlife habitat, the retention of an existing belt of trees and by a strong emphasis on public places.
